Dr. Sachleben, is a Sports Medicine and Pediatric orthopedic surgeon at Arkansas Children's Hospital (ACH) and at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). He is an assistant professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery in the College of Medicine at UAMS.

Dr. Sachleben specializes in the treatment and prevention of injuries in the growing and adolescent athlete including ACL tears in athletes with open and closed growth plates, shoulder injuries as well as hip arthroscopy. He also sees general pediatric orthopedic conditions.

He graduated suma cum laude from the University of Kentucky in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Sachleben graduated with high honors from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 2007. After completing his orthopedic residency at UAMS in 2012, he completed two subspecialty fellowships. The first was in Pediatric Orthopedic surgery at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, ON. The next was in Sports Medicine at the Children's Hospital of Boston in Boston, MA.
