Securely Upload Medical Images

Arkansas Children’s has partnered with Nuance PowerShare to offer outside organizations a way to securely transfer medical images directly to Arkansas Children’s. Allowing access to transfer medical images directly helps improve patient care and reduce dependence on CDs and DVDs.

If you are an employee or provider working with a hospital or organization that has an existing PowerShare account, please use your existing PowerShare account and process.  Arkansas Children’s is configured within PowerShare to auto-accept invites from other facilities.  If you have sent a PowerShare invite to Arkansas Children’s, please refresh the page and you should find that the connection has been established.  If you do not have an account or are unable to access an existing account, please use the PowerShare Easy Uploader instructions below.

Upload Images Using the PowerShare Easy Uploader

  1. Select Start the Process below and you will be taken to the secure PowerShare uploader.  

  2. To receive an authentication code, you will need to enter your email address or mobile phone number.

  3. After you confirm your authentication code, you will be taken to the upload page.

  4. Insert CD or DVD, if applicable, into optical disc drive.

  5. Whether the images are located on a computer, an external drive, or a CD/DVD, click Choose Folder. Navigate to where the images are located and click Upload.

  6. If there are multiple images to upload, a dialog box will display confirming images to upload. Click Upload.

  7. To select all studies, check the box next to the Name column. Individual studies can be selected by checking the box next to the study.

  8. Click Upload in the bottom left to upload the images.

  9. Once study uploads have been completed, denoted by Transfer Complete in the progress bar, exit your browser.
