Actigraphy a non-invasive technique used to assess body movement activity patterns using a device, typically placed on the wrist or ankle. A small actigraph device or watch is worn for a week or more and monitors rest/activity cycles. This test gives the doctor more information about you or your child’s regular sleep/wake patterns at home through light and movement.
